Understanding of Windows 2010/2011
Office 365
Adobe products
Cisco Phones and WebEx
Active Directory
Fulfilling service request
Required Skills for the IT Helpdesk Technician: 2+ year experience providing Technical Support for Windows/Office 365 environment
Prior professional experience processing, creating, and fulfilling ITIL Incidents and Service Requests.
Prior experience working with Active Directory in a support role
CompTIA A+ Certification
