About The Role
Rippling’s Marketing team has built the engine behind one of the fastest startup growth stories ever. We are rapidly launching new product lines and expanding globally, and the Marketing organization is scaling in line with this hypergrowth.
The Marketing Strategy & Planning team is responsible for enabling this growth by ensuring all systems within the Marketing engine are at maximum capacity and efficiency. This team owns the business cadences, operating rhythm, resource investments, and strategic business decisions for Marketing.
This role must be based out of our New York City or San Francisco office.
What You Will Do
Drive our global forecasting and quarterly & annual planning cycles; help us streamline processes and improve efficiency while building towards the forecasting rigor of a public company
Partner with Marketing, Sales and Finance teams to develop a company planning model supporting the global GTM vision. Be deeply embedded with Sales & Finance during annual planning.
Create frameworks for business decision making against: vendors, channel efficacy, CAC Payback, headcount growth and more.
Produce demand models and capacity planning for Sales/Marketing teams.
Create monthly and quarterly targets, OKRs and roll-out for Marketing teams.
Determine the strategy behind our Marketing investment mix
Analyze and stay on top of ROI metrics
What You Will Need
8+ years of experience in BizOps, Sales Strategy, Finance, Consulting
Experience in long-range planning cycles at prior B2B tech companies
Experience working and partnering with Sales Strategy, Finance and Growth teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across executive audiences, but have ability to dive into the weeds to understand detailed business problems
Ability to distill complex data sets to simple solutions
High growth mindset

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.
A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 210,000 USD per year(US Tier 1)
