We are looking to bring in a passionate and motivated Account Executive. The person needs to possess an incredible work ethic, grit, integrity, and subject matter expertise. Candidates will play a crucial role in shaping the growth direction of the company, managing multiple initiatives, and iterating quickly. In this critical position, You will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential customers, demonstrating the value of our product, and closing deals.

This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to accelerate their growth and have the freedom to take on challenging initiatives. There will be lots of interaction and collaboration with leaders across the organization and working closely with the CEO.

Requirements

What you will do:

Identify and target potential business clients in the Waste Management industry.

Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competition.

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, effectively tracking and nurturing leads.

Present our CurbWaste and WeighWorks to prospective clients through compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Articulate the unique value proposition of our solution and tailor it to the specific needs of each customer.

Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals and achieve sales quotas.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to gather insights and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and seeking opportunities for upselling or renewals.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proven track record in B2B sales, with 3 years of experience in software sales, SaaS, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and technology trends.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing deals.

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our SaaS product.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Time management skills and the ability to efficiently manage a sales pipeline.

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Data-driven decision-making and a strong analytical mindset.

Sales skills, including lead generation, objection handling, and relationship management.

In-depth product knowledge and a thorough understanding of our SaaS solution.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

Collaboration and teamwork with various departments within the organization.

Adaptability to industry changes and evolving technology.

Problem-solving abilities to address client challenges with our SaaS solution.
