We are looking for a Level 1 Helpdesk Support to join our team of professionals for a short term contract in Yonkers, NY. This is a GREAT way to earn some EXTRA money in between jobs or just enjoy contract work.
In this position you will:
log tickets and maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents and Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and other authorized desktop applications
Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers / computer hardware
Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware / software
Experience: 1-2 Years Experience with Active Directory
Fresh desk wireless network is a plus
1-2 Years Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11
Must have Strong communication skills
Excellent follow up and organizational skills
