Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Information Technology Support Specialist. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for SMBs. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being performed onsite in Woodstock, GA, but with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Outstanding relationship and communication skills
Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology support
Help Desk Support experience
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus
