You'll Contribute to Life Change By: Creating, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns including digital media and advertising strategies (i.e., paid social media campaigns, search engine marketing, Connected TV, etc.).
Analyzing performance data, developing actionable insights based on data, and communicating it clearly through verbal, written, and visual channels.
Developing content strategy for Google Business Profiles and similar directories for increased online presence.
Providing website content management support for brand-wide and individual location events and campaigns.
Staying ahead of industry trends and evaluating how LCBC can leverage existing and emerging platforms to advance brand awareness and increase engagement.
Identifying and working with agency vendors on marketing initiatives.
Skills Needed to Succeed: Proven experience with creation and execution of paid media marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated experience in leading others.
Meta/Google AdWords Certifications.
Experience with Google Business content strategies and website content management solutions.
Proficiency in analyzing channel performance and related KPIs.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
Excellent proofreading skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education background in Marketing or related field preferred with 3 - 5 years of marketing experience.
