As the Director of Monetization and Game Economy, you'll be the go-to person working with the Product Team, Game Design, Data, and Marketing Teams. Your job? Develop, implement, measure, analyze, and report on all monetization features and token designs. Plus, it's a remote gig, so you can work from anywhere in the world.
What You'll Do
Lead the charge in developing monetization strategies and goals for their games.
Plan and research monetization initiatives and features to boost revenue.
Design, schedule, and implement NFT sales on the Open Loot marketplace.
Oversee secondary trading activities.
Work closely with Marketing, Product Design, and other teams to roll out monetization initiatives.
Maintain a pipeline for monetization features and a promotions calendar.
Test, analyze, and report on all monetization efforts.
Design and maintain game economies for Big Time and Open Loot partners.
What They're Looking For
5+ years in a monetization design role for a shipped game.
A BA/BS degree in Economics, Math, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills to turn business strategy into data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and visual reporting skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
A deep understanding of game mechanics and design, especially for MMOs and Action RPGs.
A love for games is a must!
Nice to Have
Experience with blockchain economies.
Experience with free-to-play games.
Experience in playing or developing MMOs.
Experience in playing or developing Action RPGs.
