**Job Description**

Primary Objective of Position

The Sales manager eMobility North America is responsible for developing and growing new and existing accounts for eMobility products. The objective is to achieve profitable growth by working closely with the Sales, Marketing and R&D groups and to define new target accounts and establishing strong relationships with new and existing key customers. The primary market focus will be medium to heavy duty vehicles, marine, construction, ground support equipment, underground mining and special vehicles.

Technical Job Functions

* Identify and prioritize key customer targets for growth

* Build and develop relationships within customer accounts

* Make specific, data driven recommendations for continued growth at key accounts, identify specific growth opportunities and establish priorities

* Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitors, product needs, and customer base

* Prepare and present sales proposals

* Submit proposals in accordance with approval authorization procedure

* Prepare and present training for internal and external customers

* Participate in trade shows and conferences as needed

* Travel extensively for face-to-face contact with customers

* Establish and maintain positive working relationships within internal and external teams

* Seek mutual agreement on problems involving coordination

* Assume other projects and responsibilities from time to time as directed

Knowledge

* Good understanding of eMobility market and eMobility products, customers, and competitors

* Experienced in national and international markets.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems

* Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).

Analytical, Business and Technical

* Ability to operate with efficiency and persistence.

* Ability to function independently with little supervision.

* Ability to apply knowledge of manufacturing methods, materials, processes, systems or skills to improve performance, quality & timeliness, to make thoughtful decisions & to solve problems, using good judgment.

* Plan and implement new technologies/methods as needed.

* Ability to perform analysis and reporting as required.

Bachelors degree in business or related is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* The candidate should possess strong presentation skills and power solutions industry or related experience.

* Project management experience progressively working to larger multi-faceted complex projects impacting the Company.
