Description
BASS-Privia Management seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team! In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts receivable function. You will handle all aspects of the receivables process, from generating invoices and processing payments to following up on outstanding balances and collaborating with other departments to resolve patient's billing issues. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring timely cash flow.
Responsibilities
Daily batch reconciliation of Copays and deposits from different divisions. Reconciliation includes balancing and matching to User Batch Reports from EPIC, All Scripts and eClinicalWorks.
Work closely with different divisions on posting missing payments.
Set up and coordinate required scanners to different divisions.
Maintain relationships with the bank to ensure that all of our needs (i.e., bank supplies, etc.) are met.
Work closely with the Posting/Billing Department as well as Accounts Payable Department.
Requires flexibility to adapt to changes and growth of the company.
Requirements HS Diploma required
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (strongly preferred).
Previous experience with EPIC, All Scripts and eClinicalWorks
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay Scale/Ranges:
$21.00-$22.00 per hour
