We are looking for an excellent team player with an eye for detail. Our Accounts Receivable/Membership Manager will have the ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a friendly and professional composure. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable and memberships, including club member billing.
Requirements
Who You Are:
Self-starter who has the ability to work independently, anticipate work needs, and follow through with minimal direction
Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment

Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members
Great communicator with high attention to detail
Willingness to learn new tasks
Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal) with excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
Proficient in property management systems including Clubessential
What You'll Bring:
4-6 years of hands-on accounting experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
College-level accounting classes or degrees preferred
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining general ledgers
Proficiency in data entry and management
