What You Will Learn:

At Qwikkit, an outside sales rep will become an expert in all things cabinet refacing. You will be able to offer resolutions and sharpen and grow your problem-solving skills. Relationship building and becoming a teacher will become your strong suite such as how to build relationships with potential and existing customers, how to develop and execute sales strategies, how to effectively utilize CRM systems, how to conduct market research, and how to leverage social media to market our product and your attendance at trade shows.

What Impact You Will Make:

A sales rep at Qwikkit will have a huge impact on the success of the company. You will be the face of the company, interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and developing solutions to meet those needs. You will research the market, work to understand customer demographics, and use this information to drive sales. Finally, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. With your knowledge and experience, your success will be an invaluable asset to Qwikkit.

What You Will Become:

If you implement the training received, utilize all tools given to you and build your network; you should become a successful sales rep at Qwikkit. You could look forward to becoming an expert in the growing field of cabinet refacing and known in your market area as the go to for all things cabinet refacing. You would be able to use your experience and knowledge to help the team to reach their goals and objectives. You could also use your skills to help drive innovation and develop new strategies to increase sales revenue. You would also be able to leverage your contacts, networking, and customer service skills to ensure Qwikkit continues to provide excellent service to its customers.

Position Goals:

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, including Property Owners, Property Management companies, General Contractors, Property Managers and Maintenance Managers

Increase sales from existing accounts and at the community level.

Implement Strategic Accounts and Distribution sales plans effectively.

The Exciting Things You’ll Do: Sales Growth and Customer Acquisition: Meet sales quotas, generate new customer orders, and achieve business sales in new delivery locations.

Product Knowledge and Selling Expertise: Execute all selling activities, become a subject matter expert, and contribute to product development.

Qwikkit Teamwork: Act as a local expert, collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing, mentor new team members, and lead regional sales initiatives.

Brand Ambassadorship: Elevate Qwikkit's brand by engaging in industry events, contributing to trade publications, and developing connections with Apartment Associations.

You Should Bring: Minimum of 5 years in a goal-based selling environment

Proven ability to prospect and acquire accounts in an enterprise selling environment

Strong business acumen

Proficiency in CRM and web-based applications

A Major Plus: Experience in a manufacturing sales environment, OEM, or other production sales organization
