Salary $175,000 - $250,000 per year

Job Details
Requirements
7+ years of experience with California Bar Admission and excellent Academic Credentials
Experience with Corporate law, M&A, general business litigation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Base Salary $125-$250K+
Bonus 5% annual bonus based on production + 40% bonus in excess of minimum billable hours requirements (1800/year) + 15% origination bonuses monthly
Other 401K + profit sharing programs + free health benefits
