Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain accurate data into computer systems and databases.
Verify and correct data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and organize data for entry by compiling and sorting information.
Review data for errors or discrepancies and resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all data entered and stored.
Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
Strong typing and numeric keypad skills with high accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
