ob Purpose
The data entry clerk reviews and enters selections provided by the customer into WBS database timely and correctly.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
* Manually enter flooring and manufactured good selections into the Echelon program within 24-48 hours of receipt.
* Import selections from the VEO Design Studio system into the Echelon program.
* Enter in carpet exclusions and request trim estimates.
* Scan in all documents for each quote entered.
* Enter revisions and or changes and delete old selections when applicable.
* Double check all selections entered for accuracy.
* Provide administrative support for other inside operations roles as requested by management.
* Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Qualifications & Required Skills
* Minimum High School Diploma Required
* Two years administrative experience a plus
* Ability to pay close attention to detail
* Good time management skills
* Ability to operate well under the pressure of a deadline
* Possess problem solving and analytical skills
* Computer skills a plus- Microsoft Office, Email etiquette
