Kelly Services is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an SFE & Trade Contractor as a Data Entry Specialist. Job Description:
Data entry heavy / Monitor and Validate Sampling & Injector Approval (SIA) Compliance Process: Keep a close eye on the SIA compliance process to ensure adherence to established standards and regulations.
Review and Validate Data Change Requests: Evaluate and validate data change requests to support the SIA process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Sample Shipping and Tracking: Manage the shipping and tracking of samples, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise during the process.
Reconciliation of Issues: Identify and reconcile any issues related to sample shipments, working to resolve them promptly and efficiently.
Email Inbox Support: Provide support for the email inbox, handling communication related to Master Data updates and changes promptly and professionally.
Data Stewardship within Veeva Platform: Maintain data integrity within the Veeva platform, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant guidelines.
Temp/Contract Role
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
M-F, 8am-5pm / Hybrid
Location: Downtown Dallas
