Solomon Page has partnered with a well known, international retail brand seeking a talented Customer Service Specialist to join their team.This role will go for 6 months and is located in Dallas, TX.The perfect candidate will have SAP and/or Salesforce experience along with a high attention for detail. This position will be on site in the Dallas office.
Pay Range: $18/hr - $20/hr (based on experience)
Responsibilities: Communicate with customers in a professional demeanor
Ability to find solutions to problems
Manage the CSR inbox in a timely manner
Answer inquiries to clients and customers
Required Qualifications: High attention to detail
Professional and concise communication skills
At least 2 years in customer service experience
