About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Membership to join their team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned financial sales professional with a strong focus on driving membership from the largest RIA firms in the industry. This role involves proactively selling, with the primary goal of hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Regional VP will also provide coaching and assistance to the membership team, as well as assist in management activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and possess a 'must win' attitude.Key responsibilities for the Regional Vice President of Membership include providing subject matter expertise in the sales cycle, attending and speaking at industry conferences, and occasional travel to support strategic membership efforts. The role also encompasses secondary responsibilities such as assisting in the development of strategic meeting materials, providing feedback on team productivity, and participating in corporate membership strategy. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years' experience in the insurance industry, and possess excellent communication, organizational, time management, and leadership skills. A documented computer skills and the required insurance licenses are essential, with a preference for candidates holding a health insurance license. The role is a full-time position, and the company is particularly interested in individuals who are adept at identifying and closing ideal candidates for the company's programs.
