Rowan is looking for a Recruiter to support our hiring and growth initiatives, ensuring an exceptional employee experience! Reporting directly to Director, Talent & Employee Experience, this position will serve as one of the primary recruiters supporting the hiring of our Rowan Nurses and will support the full recruitment life cycle. The Recruiter will be responsible for assisting the team in attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent for Rowan. The Recruiter will work closely with the entire Human Resources team to ensure all future and current employees at Rowan have the best experience possible.

What you'll do: Assist with all Recruiting functions at Rowan, including posting and refreshing all job postings, tracking status of candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Collaborate with HR leadership and hiring managers to identify talent needs that will inform the development of recruiting strategies and plans to drive timely role fulfillment

Serve as one of the primary recruiters for Rowan Nurses, supporting the growth and expansion of Rowan Studios as well as the needs of existing Rowan Studios.

For all open roles assigned to fill, screen incoming applications, conduct first round screening via phone and/or zoom assessing relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes; and recommend candidates that meet qualifications for further consideration.

Utilize effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization

Ensure excellent candidate experience by guiding candidates through the interview process, and ensuring they are respectfully notified of their status in the consideration process

Collaborate with Nurse Leadership Team and HR Team on fostering partnerships with universities and professional associations by market.

Build and maintain candidate pipeline by market.

Generate and extend approved job offers to future new hires.

Maintain candidate information in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal documents.

Process new hires and assist in the onboarding process as needed.

Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Performs other duties as assigned

Experience we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.

2+ years' experience in managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Prior high-volume nurse recruitment experience is highly preferred.

Track record of proven success in building a talent pipeline

Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment

Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems (i.e., Lever)

Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.

HR Certification (APHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) credential preferred.

Proficient with Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $60,000- $70,000.
