Product Support Analyst, Remote TX

Our municipality client is hiring a remote Product Support Analyst at $60/hour (W2) to support their office in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate failures, bugs, systemic problems, and hardware and report on necessary steps.
- Consider site-specific information like hardware, operating system, and user requirements to appropriately resolve problems.
- Install applications, hardware, parts, and/or equipment.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience in a leadership of a help desk / service desk role.
- 2+ years' experience in developing process / training documentation.
