Source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
You will come with: Bachelor’s degree in H uman R esources , Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
1-3 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience with a focus on agency, corporate, or retail recruitment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
E xcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A bility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Ability to maintain an elevated level of discretion and confidentiality.
