About the Job
Redesign Health is seeking a Contract CEO Talent Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis for three months. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Talent team to establish and manage a strong talent pipeline and conduct recruiter screens. In this role, you will contribute to defining and executing our strategy for attracting top talent within our portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a hunger for challenges. You will witness the growth of companies from concept to reality, gaining insight into what it takes to build successful businesses and teams.
This role is 100% remote and reports to the Vice President of CEO Talent.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct phone screens to identify high-quality CEO candidates and founding leadership team members for operating companies.
Identify healthcare executives who have played a critical role in the success of top companies within the ecosystem.
Identify gaps in our existing pipelines and ensure a steady flow of candidates.
Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of candidate quality across multiple searches.
Be a trusted resource for Redesign Health’s Directors of CEO Talent and provide feedback when needed.
What You'll Need:
You have 3- 5+ years of executive recruiting experience, specific to C-Suite positions positions.
You have excellent time management, pattern recognition, prioritization, and judgment skills.
You possess the capacity to think and respond swiftly, relying on both analytical and intuitive abilities.
What You Bring To The Table:
You possess proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter effectively.
You have experience with Google Sheets, Excel, Greenhouse, or other similar ATS systems.
