Build and maintain partnerships with local community partners, churches, colleges, and universities

What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent field of study
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Prior not-for-profit work experience preferred
Ability to travel at least 25% of the time throughout the region
Excellent communication and organizational skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Sourcing certification or willingness to obtain certification within one year of hire
Public speaking skills and experience
Familiarity with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and HRIS systems
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
