Estimating position requires experience in multifamily housing, adult congregate living facilities, hotels, student housing, senior living projects, and light industrial.
Large-scale solar projects are a plus, but not a requirement.
An excellent working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and the New York State Building Code is a must as we are a team member on many design-build projects.
A 2/4 year college degree is desired, but not mandatory depending on experience in the noted requirements.
