Qualifications:

Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Experience with Estimator Software
Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Impeccable problem-solving skills
The ideal candidate will have previous estimating experience in general construction or carpentry, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. Review and evaluate cost estimates

Prepare cost analysis
Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
