We are currently seeking someone who hasaLow Voltage License. We are starting a new division of our company and need new management to take on a new position with our company.The position isDirector of Service Operations. Low Voltage License required. We are seeking someone that can help develop service and installation teams for B2B service and installations of data and CCTV systems. Income earning potential is a base salary plus profit sharing based onthe size of the teams.The more we grow the teams, the more earning potential there will be. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneur mindset. Someone who can see the vision of the company and be able to help make that vision a reality. Must be a self starter.
The pay for this position is based on the sales of our products. You do not have to sell our products. We have a salesteam that will do that. Youare looking at a starting base pay of 2,000 per week. Potential for higher pay as our teams grow.
Other Qualifications will be discussed in the phone interview. If your around the Charlotte area and have a Low Voltage or Electrical License, you are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Buildexperiencedservice and installation teams.
Schedule service and installations to the proper teams.
UnderstandData andCCTV systems.
Email, phone and video meetings with the other departments to discus operations and updates to company outlook and products.
Adhere to all quality,inspections and safety codes.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE AN NC LOW VOLTAGE LICENCE
Previous experience managing projects as a lead tech or supervisor.
Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Hiring, training and managing teams.
