Learn more at https://www.masamts.com What You Will Do Reporting to our VP of Sales for the West and Midwest Regions, you will partner with the region’s top benefits brokers to secure group agreements as a company-paid, or payroll-deducted benefit to eligible employees.Your main responsibilities will include: Owning the business in a large, multi-state geographic market.
Responsible for developing and managing key broker and consultant partnerships.
Meeting and exceeding ambitious annual targets with a dual focus on growing total premiums and membership unit volume.
Creating effective group-specific sales and marketing plans.
Traveling at regular intervals across the assigned region, as needed, to achieve sales goals.
What We Need From You 10+ years of employee benefits sales experience, preferably in voluntary/worksite solutions, group life and disability, or equivalent.
An active network of established brokers in the Southwest U.S.
Proven track record of educating brokers about the need for unique products. Good at developing mindshare and getting brokers to take a chance on something new.
Demonstrated commitment to utilizing CRM technologies.
Proficient use of MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
