Confirm material, labor, and special requirements.
Transmit submittal package for approval when required.
Wednesday PM meetings in East Rutherford
Submit initial material requirements to John Ball.
Order accessory items as job requires.
Jobsite visits:
Dock/ Delivery/ Slab conditions
Job ready then look ahead
Labor needs and job progress
Jobsite meetings.
Confirm manpower & delivery requirements with Dan and John.
Identify and generate change orders as required.
Invoicing of project.
Follow-up on change orders.
Build and maintain relationships by doing it right the first time.
Closeout review (estimated cost vs. actual)
