Job purpose
The Sales Manager – CMD will manage branch sales personnel as it pertains to sales, gross profit, market share and overall customer satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities
Manager and supervise construction machinery sales personnel
Manager all unit sales functions and processes
Responsible for increasing market share targets as assigned
Increase branch sales volumes per forecast
Develop and maintain increased customer relationships in market place
Promote good welfare among the company and its divisions
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Must have a minimum of 5 years of previous experience
High School Diploma, GED or Bachelor’s Degree in applied discipline preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have a working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its objectives
Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the company
Must conform to company policies and procedures set forth by the company
Must have current driver’s license and good driving record (if Applicable)
Must have the ability to work flexible hours, days and weekends
Must be proficient with Windows System (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook)
Must be dependable and able to work independently
Must maintain good client relations
Must maintain a professional appearance
Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe environment
Must have the ability to travel and stay overnight
Must have the ability to supervise and motivate others
Must have the ability to effectively evaluate others
Must meet minimum performance standards for all assignments
Must protect the company assets and interest
