As Account manager you will be contributing to the overall success of the company by retaining and increasing overall value of our existing customer relationships.

Position: Account manager US

Responsibilities:

As an account manager you are responsible for a portfolio of existing customers, driving retention and growth by deeply understanding their business needs and helping them succeed

Your primary responsibilities include:

Working closely with customers in life sciences: Build and maintain strong relationships with your customers in the life science industry. Understanding their needs, challenges and goals with our product. Present and showcase how our technology can bring value and achieve their desired outcomes.

Strategic account management: Develop and implement account plans, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to drive growth. Ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up.

Cross-departmental collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and share feedback on product functionality and performance. Ensure a successful project implementation.

Market insights: Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience in a senior sales role in the life science industry:

Experience selling complex software solutions.

Background in life sciences preferred (academic or professional).

Natural curiosity and interest in disruptive technology (AI, ML, Data science).

Communication & Relationship Building:

Excellent collaboration, communication, and active listening skills.

Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, internally and externally.

Enjoy networking and expanding professional connections.

Project Management:

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple customer projects effectively.

Attention to detail.

Personal attributes: Self-starter, driven, and resilient.
