Position Title : Sr People Solutions and Data Analyst

About the role
Are you a solutions driven builder with expertise focused on using technologies across global People systems (HRIS, including ATS) with experience in a diverse HRIS portfolio? LTK is looking for a globally-minded business analyst (SME) for our Global People Technology stack to play a pivotal role in the future architecture & integration of all People Systems as the People team scales LTK for the growth ahead! How you will make an impact
Reporting to the Director, People Systems & Total Rewards, you will be responsible for all global People (HRIS) systems, including but not limited to GreenHouse, Charthop, Bamboo, & Exponent.
Partner with the Director, People Systems & Total Rewards on the creation and implementation of the roadmap for People Systems to support the global population including payroll, with an RFP for HCM replacement.
Build relationships with the supporting team members such as members of the People team (talent acquisition, talent development and partners), IT, payroll and international support teams.
Ownership of GreenHouse, Charthop and all future People Systems, managing business process configuration and modifications, testing, reporting, and integrations.
Work closely with global & domestic teams to identify opportunities to enhance functionality and streamline existing business processes, automation, and efficiencies that enable a data-first approach & solution
Analyze & provide insights to the business through analytics tools, primarily within ChartHop & Google through development of dashboards & Google analytics with ability to bring in several data sources through integration tooling
Ensure compliance & governance of people data across systems & analytics
Partner on communications & training of any new system features and releases, assessing their impact on our business processes and configurations, as well as prioritizing user experience .
What you will bring to LTK
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field plus 3-5 years of HRIS-focused experience or appropriate technology certifications and work experience in lieu of degree
Ability to understand and write database coding such as SQL, CQL, or similar
Preferred experience utilizing and building custom configurations in a comprehensive HRIS solution such as UKGPro, Workday, Oracle and the like.
ChartHop and Greenhouse experience is an added bonus!
Strong knowledge and experience configuring & supporting multiple HR solutions, including support of complex integrations.
Tenured specialization in People systems, preferably with global experience across both HCM & ATS
Pioneering mindset, passionate on process improvement utilizing any technologies available for workflow and automation across the business
Expertise in HRIS & People Analytics, data management, and Excel paired with a focus on leveraging data to drive informed decision - making
Proficient in quantitative modeling and capable in both Office & Google suites with ability to deliver single source dashboards & analytics to the business
Demonstrated & honed project management & self-starter skill set
Strong communicator, adept at implementing efficiencies in configuration and best practices across systems and reporting
Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders to deliver unified enterprise solutions
Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws & compliance
