As a Team Leader, you will:
Go the extra mile to ensure customers have a fantastic store experience
Lead a team of customer service assistant in the absence of the team manager and store manager
Be a positive role model to the team and represent our values
Train, manage the workload and support your team whilst still being hands on within the store
Support the store manager to put in measures to increase sales
Be actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community
**About You:**
To be a successful candidate for this role you will need:
Some previous supervisory experience
To be customer focused and deliver excellent store experiences
A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members
Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evening and weekends
Confidence and a friendly, approachable nature
