Position Summary:
Our Revenue Operations Analyst is an integral part of the Revenue Operations team. You will be responsible for performing primary research and analysis that will help shape NAVEX’s strategy and drive meaningful strategic initiatives, including pricing and funnel health that will create tremendous value for the company. Working collaboratively with Sales, Product Management, Marketing and other areas of the business, this role is critical to our highly data-driven organization.

What you’ll do:
Analyze and measure performance of all funnel KPI’s, making recommendations to increase funnel performance and conversions
Using data, identify bottlenecks and make recommendations to stakeholders
Conduct analysis to support the creation of a differentiated company strategy and influence business decisions
Assist in our annual strategic planning process
Perform key research to develop points of view on our industry, key segments, verticals, customer segments, competitors, and key trends
Assist in driving end-to-end strategic projects collaboratively
Perform analysis, derive insights, develop recommendations, and collaboratively build action plans with cross-functional teams around critical strategic projects
Learn how to leverage tools and systems to quickly access data and present meaningful, concise information to management
Support initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline processes to add efficiencies without sacrificing quality
Ad-hoc analysis to highlight areas of management interest
What you’ll need:
3+ years’ experience in Strategy, Pricing, FP&A/Financial Analyst or quantitative analysis role; SaaS/Software industry
Strong analytical and communication skills
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, logic formulas, linking, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce
Power BI or other BI/data visualization software experience is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and an inquisitive nature; having a desire to understand the business behind the numbers will contribute to your success
Ability to work independently and conduct research, analyze data and problem solve
Outstanding ability to visually present information
Ability to drive results through your job competencies of analytics and reporting, decision making and technical aptitude
Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instils trust

The starting pay range for this role is $70,000+.
