Senior Program Manager - Mandate Programs

Moodys NWC is currently seeking two skilled Program Managers to lead our Mandate Compliance Programs. These roles are pivotal in ensuring that our organization adheres to legal orders issued by the US government to healthcare providers. Candidates with prior experience in compliance work will be given preference due to the specialized nature of these positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive strategies to ensure compliance with mandated regulations.

Oversee the execution of compliance programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and assess compliance needs.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate communication and cooperation throughout the compliance process.

Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities.

Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks and ensure proactive compliance measures.

Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to interpret mandates and develop compliance policies and procedures.

Lead the implementation of compliance initiatives, ensuring that all staff members are trained and informed about their responsibilities.

Establish robust monitoring mechanisms to track compliance activities and outcomes.

Generate regular reports on compliance status, highlighting areas of improvement and addressing any non-compliance issues.

Qualifications:
