The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead their operations across multiple states. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in driving growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role is pivotal in executing the company's strategic direction, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities for the Regional Vice President include strategic leadership to drive growth, financial management to meet and exceed targets, operational excellence, team development, and a relentless focus on customer experience. The role also involves engaging with various stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships to support the company's objectives.Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of senior leadership experience in the home services industry, particularly in multi-state operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing strategic plans, driving revenue growth, and achieving financial targets. Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The role requires the ability to travel frequently within the region and occasionally nationally. The Regional Vice President will work closely with brand leaders, the marketing team, finance, HR, safety, and recruiting, and must be adept at building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
