About The Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the West Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of the field business, with a strong focus on HVAC/controls, fire, and security domains. This role demands a leader who can translate and operationalize the company’s vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with cultural and operating values. The Regional Vice President will have full P&L responsibility and be accountable for meeting or exceeding safety, people, growth, business performance, and cash targets. Key goals include driving secured volume growth, delivering executed revenue and margin, achieving EBIT, and leading product strategy and M&A activities. The role also involves building and sustaining a high-performing culture, ensuring the safety of all employees, and fostering world-class teams and leaders. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum requirement, with a Master’s degree being a plus, and at least 10 years’ of experience with a complex P&L, particularly in a top-line growth-oriented capacity. Experience in leading large teams in a matrix environment is essential. The role requires a leader who can deliver on financial targets, drive product strategy, and build effective leadership talent. The Regional Vice President will also be responsible for implementing strategic pricing, change order strategies, and processes to achieve cash targets. A strong focus on safety, diversity, and inclusion is necessary, as is the ability to respond to market challenges and cultivate an organization that is agile and responsive.
