We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a proven track record in the legal industry to join our dynamic personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with at least 10 years of law firm administrative experience, preferably with advanced degrees in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Reporting directly to the firm partners and the managing attorney, the CFO will oversee the financial well-being of the firm, ensuring financial efficiency, compliance, and strategic growth.

- Develop and oversee financial strategies that align with the firm's goals.
- Manage the accounting and marketing departments, ensuring productivity and effectiveness.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Implement and monitor financial controls and policies to minimize risk.
- Work closely with the managing attorney and partners to make informed financial decisions.
- Oversee payroll, billing, and financial planning activities.
- Lead financial negotiations and oversee investment strategies.
- Drive the firm’s financial performance by identifying opportunities for growth and cost reduction.
#### Job Description:
Our prestigious personal injury law firm is in search of an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) with a demonstrated history in law firm administration. The COO will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the seamless delivery of legal services. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of administrative experience within a law firm, advanced degrees in Business Administration, Law, or a related field are preferred. Reporting to the firm partners and the managing attorney, the COO will manage several critical departments, including Medical, Intake, Human Resources, and all pre-litigation and litigation support teams.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee the operations of the Medical department, Intake department, Human Resources, and pre-litigation and litigation support teams.
- Implement strategic operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure that all operations align with the firm’s objectives and legal compliance.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators for all departments under management.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff across various departments.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with the CFO and other executives to align financial and operational strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of services and supplies.
Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in law firm administration, with a strong preference for individuals with experience in personal injury law.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial strategies within a legal framework.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting principles.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
