Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees the budget, financial reporting, and tax planning per GAAP standards.
Responsible for financial health and activities of the business.
Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community.

Evaluates and oversees risk management, insurance needs, legal and government affairs.
Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education, Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related and relevant field.
MBA preferred
CPA required
6 years' experience as CFO
Heavy equipment sales or rentals and or construction related experience preferred
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodologies.
Experience in financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, strategic planning, vision, process improvement, forecasting, corporate finance, developing budgets.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office 365/Excel
