We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Sales and Consultative Executive for C onnected Solutions (ACC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of solving strategic business needs for customers through innovative and customized multi-product/multi-vendor solutions. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the identification, development, and closure of systems integration outsourcing projects.

Engage and close opportunities with decision-makers through advanced sales skills, offering customized solutions involving hardware, software, and services.

Transition opportunities to the implementation/consulting team post-sale, ensuring smooth handover.

Drive the sale of complex technical products and/or application services, supporting direct sellers by leveraging product, industry, and/or technological expertise.

Serve as an overlay/sales specialist seller, supporting accounts as opportunities are identified.

Spearhead client meetings with the sales and technical team, promoting the sale of products, services, and solutions for complex projects.

Offer expert knowledge on new and emerging products and/or application services, establishing yourself as an industry expert.

Assist less experienced peers and partner with Account Managers to close complex sales, involving high-level interfaces.

Proactively identify new opportunities, taking the lead in the sales process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

A minimum of ten years of direct work experience in sales, preferably in technology integration or a related industry.

Exceptional sales skills, with a proven ability to close complex deals.

Deep understanding of technical products, services, and solutions.

Ability to travel and conduct sales activities away from the office.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

No supervisory responsibilities.
