Learn more about the role:Our work environment is fast-paced, fun, and full of exciting new projects. The Enphase Field and Financial Services business has two product lines. Our O&M Marketplace (field services)—powered by the 365 Pronto Platform—connects customers and providers to help them streamline the maintenance needs of home electrification (including solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging) systems. Our financial services platforms make it easy for Enphase installation partners to offer customer financing through a network of financial partners. Both platform businesses are designed to support the growth of our installation partners and facilitate the acquisition and maintenance of products that allow customers to take control of their energy management future.We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Services Product Manager to join our Enphase O&M Marketplace team in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will have responsibility for making new processes, services, and products a reality. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills will be needed to drive interdepartmental and cross-functional engagement for new product development. This role is pivotal in the future success and profitability of the Enphase O&M Marketplace team. Responsibilities Drive the execution of all interdepartmental and cross-functional tasks necessary for bringing new service offerings to market by working with and leading team members from Marketing, Operations, software development teams and engineers, Legal, Accounting, and Tax.
Develop, manage, execute, and report upon complex product development and project plans including scope definition, timeline and milestone planning, risk mitigation and all activities needed to successfully bring our service offerings and products to market.
Utilize effective time management and organization while successfully prioritizing the activities needed for multiple, complex project efforts.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and business plans for go to market.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for service products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with our company objectives.
Assist with developing business strategy and products by creating business plans and engaging in market research and product discovery.
Track and measure the performance of service products in the market, using insights to drive improvements and adjust strategies as needed.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain competitiveness and identify new opportunities.
Act as a champion for the service product portfolio, educating both internal teams and external stakeholders on product features and benefits.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build strategic partnerships and alliances.
Foster continuous improvement by sharing service product knowledge and customer feedback with internal teams.
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
Develop and deliver executive presentations on projects, products, and departmental roadmap.
Skills Proven success in overseeing all complex projects and/or products.
Results driven, capable of working in both a strategic and tactical environment, with the ability to lead and influence at all levels of the service business.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Entrepreneurial instincts with a clear bias for informed action and a track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and support.
Ability to roll up your sleeves and work in areas outside the standard job description to accomplish the job.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related study area or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in project, product, or service management.
Passionate about working collaboratively with stakeholders to solve their specific challenges while putting customer trust and experience first.
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the Renewable industry and understanding of the solar market and related activities.
Experience in service contract development and administration
CAPM, PMP, PgMP, DA or Six Sigma certification
