Hanger Inc. is seeking an experienced Vice President of IT Products and Services to lead our technology initiatives, focusing primarily on our Products and Services Segment. This role is pivotal in aligning business goals and growth strategies with IT strategies while ensuring the delivery of full-stack technology solutions that support the segment and drive digital transformation. The VP of IT - Products & Services will report to the CIO and will have technical responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to Hanger, Inc.'s Products and service segment, all underlying technologies, and coordinating with other groups within the broader IT department including but not limited to Security, Compliance Infrastructure, Support Services, and PMO

Your Impact:

Strategic Leadership: Drive the IT segment's vision and strategy in collaboration with the Executive of the division, business process owners, and executive sponsors. Ensure the technology roadmap aligns with Hanger's strategic goals.T Oversee the development and implementation of full-stack technologies across products and services.

Technology Oversight: Ensure the architecture, design, and processes support scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective relationships with program participants, corporate functions, and IT partners. Translate clinical needs into system requirements, design specifications, and deliver comprehensive solutions.

Operational Excellence: Develop and implement monitoring, controlling, and reporting mechanisms to achieve operational efficiencies. Identify and resolve issues, focusing on resource constraints and deliverables.

Team Mangement and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure team members are engaged, motivated, and have clear career paths.

Innovation and Trends: Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and innovations in full-stack development and IT leadership. Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that drive efficiency and competitive advantage.

Compliance and Best Practices: Maintain an in-depth understanding of current technology capabilities and trends. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and promote best practices within the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in full-stack technologies, including cloud infrastructure, configuration, development, and integrations, and at least 7 years of experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level systems program implementations.

Leadership: Proven track record of managing complex organizational initiatives across multiple functions and business units. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively to IT partners and senior management.

Strategic Thinking: Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations, conceptualizing creative solutions, and implementing strategic plans.

Proven track record of leading IT strategy and managing a technology-driven division.

Technology: Strong technical background in full-stack development, including familiarity with the latest frameworks and technologies.

Vendor Management: Experience in vendor management and technology partnerships.

Problem Solving: A visionary with a strong problem-solving ability and a commitment to innovation and excellence.

Experience with a public company while operating under the following regulatory environments and control frameworks, SOX, HIPAA, PCI and COBIT

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, to succinctly communicate with all levels in the company as well as with vendors, consultants, and contractors.

Excellent vendor management skills to include SLA levels, contract negotiations, contract design and editing while maintaining good partnerships and the best outcomes for Hanger.

Experience with all delivery models including on-site hosting, outsourcing and SaaS.

High ability to articulate how technology solutions build economic value for the company.

Ability to effectively and efficiently implement plans, projects and assignments.

Ability to attract, develop, coach and motivate a team in order to drive employee engagement and outcomes.

Pay range of $191,000 to $230,000 + annual bonus: up to 30% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
