As an IT Technical Account Manager, you will act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, IT Support Engineer, or Technical Business development role.

Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and Enterprise applications.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and support projects.

Experience with Enterprise Applications, Cloud technologies, DevOps tools and processes.

Certification in ITIL and/or PMP.

Experience in a customer-facing role within the Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services and Manufacturing industry segments.
