Key Duties/Responsibilities
Assist with client management.
Manage client relationships as assigned.
Generate key performance indicator (KPI) data reports using client POS, CRM and OMS platforms.
Facilitate the completion of client KPI report presentations on a monthly basis with acute accuracy.
Provide analysis, insights, and observations relating to clients business.
Assist with research projects.
Facilitate in-house communication and workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
Engage with clients and provide services and/or sales as identified.
Effectively use technology provided to streamline processes for optimal efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to provide marketing solutions for current and potential clients.
Generate, share and collaborate with the broader team, ideas to promote our brand and services.
Able to develop and deliver presentations effectively in a variety of settings.
Able to analyze financial data to recommend effective solutions to improve sales.
Collaborate with the inhouse operations team to ensure all client projects are on track and meet client expectations and deadlines.
Establish a productive, professional relationship with FG/DV team members.
Ensure professional interaction at all times with client organization at all levels.
Maintain current client information and files in a systematic and orderly manner.
Shred confidential and obsolete documents as appropriate.
Assists with special projects such as, but not limited to, preparing materials and rooms for meetings, organizing and executing events.

Qualifications
BA graduate desired.
Experience - 1-2 years of sales and marketing, professional office experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - MS office proficient
Requires ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Working knowledge of various office equipment (multi-line phones, fax, scanners, photocopiers, etc.)
Must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving abstract, and use of personal vehicle to travel to client locations as required
Physical Requirements - Ability to work in an office environment and operate office equipment.
Experience with Microsoft Office 360, OneDrive, SharePoint.
Experience with Google Applications (Google Drive, Slides, Docs, Analytics, Ads).
Understanding of cloud based file sharing applications (ie: WeTransfer).
