Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tucker, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service support for our clients. The ideal candidate should be organized, attentive to detail, and have excellent written and customer service skills. You will be responsible for creating customer estimates, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing other office-related tasks. In addition, you will be expected to provide customer service and help solve client inquiries. Responsibilities: • Learn our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software, CoreBridge, and be able to create estimates and orders • Answers phone calls within 2 rings, identify clients’ needs, and provide solutions to assist with questions and/or order needs • Respond to web requests • Places phone calls and/or emails to follow up on estimates • Contact between our production and clients to ensure customer satisfaction, and that jobs are completed in a timely manner • Markets products, solutions, and services to previous and current clients • Assists in creating informative social media messages, managing posts, updates, and engagement on relevant sites Qualifications: • Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must • Knowledge of the print/sign industry desired • At least 2 years of business-to-business sales and/or customer service experience desired • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Professional, upbeat, and outgoing with excellent people skills • Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated • Ability to work independently as well as with the group • A team member who will bring input to help grow the business Compensation: $38,000 - $45,000 yearly
