QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
* Willingness to work a minimum 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
* Administrative phone experience
