As the Regional Sales Manager - SiC Drinking Water, you will be responsible for meeting Sales objectives for SiC ceramic membrane-based systems for drinking water - clearBLOX - collaborating with local sales representatives.

The role is based out of our Round Rock, TX office, but can be 100% remote. While most of your time will be spent in an office, you'll be equipped to work between the office and remotely. This role also requires up to 50% travel.

What is the role?

Bring an innovative design and sales approach to drinking water treatment system designs, incorporating new and alternative technologies.

Be instrumental in establishing specific sales strategies for specific projects and for the territory in general.

Make presentations for Consulting Engineers, potential clients and at regional and national trade shows.

Build solid relationships with key clients, consultants, and our representatives in the assigned territory.

Work closely with the Sales Support Group to provide responses to system inquiries and firm project bidding activity.

Gain expertise and knowledge of our process design calculations, mechanical design features, operational criteria, and strategic sales information.

Provide technical assistance to your cross-functional Engineering colleagues, Field and Operations staff, Project Management, Procurement, Sales and Marketing, and supports product improvement efforts.

Travel within assigned territory for meetings in support of Sales Representatives.

Prepare all necessary materials for handing-off a sold project to the Project Management Group.

Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

Does this sound like you?

Engineering degree from an accredited university or recognized institution equivalent.

5 Years' experience in water/wastewater equipment sales, minimum. Preferred experience with drinking water treatment, specifically MF/UF membrane systems.

Proven experience hitting predefined sales

Excellent communication skills including the ability to professionally represent the

Ability to create relationships with customers that lead to

Ability to understand and read, write, and converse in English at an advanced

Ability to apply advanced mathematical equations to complex situations.

Ability to read, understand specifications as well as general arrangement, fabrication, and erection drawings.
