As the Head of Operational Excellence and Supply, you play a critical role in leading our company's operational efficiency, supply chain optimization, and site safety initiatives. In this key leadership position, you are responsible for crafting and implementing strategies that enhance process efficiencies, streamline supply chains, and ensure the highest standards of workplace safety across all operational sites. Your mission encompasses reducing costs, improving supply chain agility, maintaining product quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with health and safety regulations. By working closely with procurement, inventory, logistics, production planning, and collaborating with senior leadership, your efforts will not only drive operational excellence but also safeguard our employees and assets. Your leadership will be instrumental in leveraging technology and data analytics for informed decision-making, enhancing both operational performance and safety measures. This role demands a visionary approach, combining a passion for operational excellence with a steadfast commitment to creating a safe, productive work environment.

To be successful in this role, youwill need:

Lead the development and implementation of operational excellence and supply chain strategies to support company growth and market adaptability.

• Drive initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve supply chain agility.

• Establish and enforce rigorous site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence across all operational and supply chain activities.

• Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.

• Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and production planning, optimizing these functions for peak performance.

• Utilize data analytics and technology to inform decision-making, improve operational visibility, and track performance metrics.

• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process improvements and operational best practices.

• Engage with suppliers and partners to strengthen supply chain resilience, sustainability, and efficiency.

• Champion workplace safety initiatives, conducting regular audits, and training programs to ensure a safe working environment.

• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to keep the company at the forefront of operational innovation.

• Manage and develop a high-performing team dedicated to operational excellence and supply chain management.

• Provide leadership in crisis management situations, ensuring swift and effective resolution to maintain operations and safeguard personnel.

• Implement sustainability practices within the supply chain and operations to support environmental and corporate social responsibility goals.

• Report on operational and supply chain performance to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
