Setup a customer servicedepartmenttoreceiveandaddresscustomers’complaints,and collaboratewithexternalvendorsandcomponentsupplierstoprovideseamlessandprompt customerservice.

Keepatabonmarketandcompetitivetrendsandcustomerneeds,andplugtheseinputs into the productroadmap.

Managebudgetingandresourceallocationforproductdevelopmentprojects.

Qualification:
MechanicalEngineering(B.Tech/M.Tech)fromTierI/IIInstitute.
An MBA inproductdevelopmentwouldbe an added qualification.
Experience:
10–12yearsofstrongexperienceinProductDevelopment.
ProvenexperienceofhavingledProductLifeCyclesfromideationtolaunch.
