SYNERGY HomeCare of Rockville, a leading non-skilled home care agency, is actively seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Senior Director of Business Development. Our mission is to empower clients to live happily and independently in the comfort of their homes while providing caregivers and support staff with industry-leading training and unwavering support for their well- being.
As the Senior Director of Business Development, the person who fills the position will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and promoting our home care services. As we continue to grow as a company, there is potential for promotion from Senior Director to Vice President of Business Development.
Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
Identify and establish relationships with key referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and other potential partners.
Actively promote SYNERGY HomeCare's services to potential clients and their families.
Networking and Community Engagement:
Attend community events, networking functions, and industry conferences to increase awareness of SYNERGY HomeCare.
Foster and maintain a positive presence in the community through relationship building.
Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
Utilize various channels, including digital and traditional media, to enhance the visibility of SYNERGY HomeCare.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and their families during the onboarding process.
Address inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Reporting and Communication:
Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
Collaborate with the team to address challenges and strategize on opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience, with a preference for experience in Montgomery County, Maryland.
2+ years of healthcare sales experience, with a preference for experience in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and sales skills.
