About the Role

We’re looking for someone to work with Rapid7’s strategic partners to drive long-term value for our customers, partners and Rapid7. You’ll work with a set of partners to build and execute joint business plans, working cross-functionally to deliver world-class integrations and drive adoption of integrated solutions into the market.
In this role, you will:
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential technology partners aligned with our business objectives and market strategy.
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, product managers, and technical teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and marketing, to define partnership goals and objectives.
Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and licensing models, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.
Drive the implementation of API integrations and technical solutions, working closely with internal and external technical teams to ensure successful execution.
Monitor and track partnership performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
initiatives to promote joint marketing activities, co-selling opportunities, and customer success initiatives with partners.
The skills you’ll bring include:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (5 years) in technology alliances, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably in cyber security .
Strong understanding of API integrations, cloud technologies, and software development processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives from ideation to execution.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
