Who you are:
As an IT Project and Program Management Leader , you are our leader. You will manage a team of IT Program & Project Managers in their coordination of projects. You will be responsible for monitoring IT project progress, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that arise. More than that, this role is about developing people and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you'll do :
Manage a team of IT Project Managers in their coordination of projects, and IT Program Managers in their coordination of large-scale company initiatives
Set project and program management policies and procedures, ensuring that Frost standards are followed
Review plans, resource assignments, resource allocations and budgets and provide feedback to ensure projects and programs are completed efficiently and effectively
Monitor IT project and program progress, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that arise
Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project and program status
Identify areas for improvement in the project and program management process and develop solutions to address these issues
Build and develop talent on team through hiring, effective coaching, performance management and employee development
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in IT program or project management
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and on budget, and successfully delivering complex programs
Expert level communication and leadership skills
Expert level skills with project and program management software
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Additional Preferred Skills: Project Management and/or Program Management Certification
Experience as a people leader / manager
Change Management Certification
